We built our reputation by showing up when we say we will, keeping food at the right temperature, and getting the details right the first time. Our clients include law firms, financial companies, consulting firms, and government agencies that need a caterer who stays reachable when plans change.

Experience With Public Agencies
We have handled catering and meal programs for the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA), Department of Sanitation (DSNY), Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), Department of Education (DOE), and the NYC Comptroller’s Office. We understand the compliance, documentation, food safety, and reporting requirements that come with government work. Our Long Island City commissary runs 18 refrigerated vehicles and can prepare up to 9,000 meals a day, with event service for groups up to 3,000 guests.
